Boot Camp:

A fast paced 45 minutes offering strength, cardio, and flexibility.  Jess will push you to the finish line.  Open to all fitness levels

  • Tuesday 5:30pm – 6:15pm
  • Thursday 5:30pm – 6:15pm
  • Saturday 7:30am – 8:15am

Mom’s 45 Minute Escape

Jess is a working mom, and knows the challenges of finding time to work out when balancing a career, the household and the kids.   This twice weekly class offers Mom’s the chance to escape, with the benefit of built in child care.  A local nanny will be on site to watch kids while the Mom’s get to have a workout.

  • Wednesday 9:30am – 10:15am
  • Friday 9:30am – 10:15am

Small Group Training:

Two or three people working with Jess.  A hybrid combining the benefits of the customization of one on one training, with the cost savings and camaraderie of a smaller group class.  Available times vary.  Contact Us for available times and rates

One on One Training:

Private, one on one training partners a personal trainer and a client with a goal focused approach to fitness.  Trainer and clients should work together to identify the goal, as well as the best avenue to get there.  Contact Us for available times and rates
